1. GENERAL TERMS
Bugger's online shop (www.bugger.fi) is a marketplace operated by the company Bugger (FI25479652), through which the company sells products to private and business customers. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Bugger and its customers. Bugger reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions were last updated on 17 January 2023.
You can order products from the online shop using the shopping cart function of the site or by sending a free-form order by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide the seller with his contact information, which include at least her name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, the name and business ID of the company will be collected from the business customer. This information is used to deliver the order and manage the customer relationship and is stored in Bugger's customer register.
The prices of the online shop include Finnish VAT, excluding second-hand products subject to marginal tax. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, which will be charged separately. Bugger reserves the right to change prices.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases ordered through the online shop can be paid by payment card, online banking, gift card, invoice or installment. Klarna Bank Ab is the payment intermediary for orders. A separate invoice will be sent for e-mail orders.
Orders are mainly delivered by parcel delivery to Finland (€7.95), other countries in the European Union (€22.95) and the rest of the world (€39.95). For domestic deliveries, Matkahuolto is preferred, but other service providers are also used for large parcels and international orders. Small and low-value orders (< 35 €) can be sent by the low-cost economy letter (3,95 €). It is also possible to pick up the products from the Tampere warehouse at a time to be agreed. Estimated delivery time for stock products is 2-5 working days to Finland and 5-20 working days to the rest of the world. The delivery time for products ordered to the warehouse will be estimated separately. The customer will be informed by e-mail about the progress of the order. Bugger is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes. Bugger also reserves the right not to deliver the order in case of a price error in the product information (e.g. the product has no price at all), or if the product is no longer available.
6. RETURN POLICY
The customer has the right to return the product ordered from the online shop in mint condition within 14 days of receipt of the product. To return the product, the customer is requested to contact the customer service (email@example.com) for the necessary instructions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return. Bugger will refund the price of the returned product to the customer upon receipt of the product.
The customer has the right to complain about a defect in the goods purchased from Bugger's online shop. Complaints will be dealt with in writing. An informal complaint can be sent to Bugger's customer service by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
