1. GENERAL TERMS

Bugger's webshop (www.bugger.fi) is a marketplace operated by the company Bugger (FI25479652), through which the company sells products to private and business customers. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Bugger and its customers. Bugger reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. 2. ORDERING

Webshop products can be ordered using the shopping cart function of the site or by sending a free-form order by e-mail (matias@bugger.fi). When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide her contact information, which include at least her name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, the name and business ID of the company will be collected from the business customer. This information is used to deliver the order and manage the customer relationship and is stored in Bugger's customer register.

3. PRICES

The prices of the online shop include Finnish VAT, excluding second-hand products subject to marginal tax. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, which will be charged separately. Bugger reserves the right to change prices.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases ordered through the webshop can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or gift card. Verifone Finland Oy is the payment intermediary for webshop orders. For email orders, a separate PDF invoice will be sent. Electronic invoicing is available for institutional and business customers.

5. DELIVERY

Bugger aims to process orders within three working days. Generally, orders are delivered by parcel delivery to a nearby pick-up point. The carrier is selected according to the size of the parcel and the country of delivery. Small and inexpensive products can also be delivered by less expensive letter delivery. The system calculates and charges delivery costs on a case-by-case basis in the shopping cart function. Orders can also be picked up free of charge from Riihimäki. The pick-up is agreed upon in more detail by phone or message. The customer will be informed by e-mail about the progress of the order. Bugger is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes. Bugger also reserves the right not to deliver the order in case of a price error in the product information (e.g. the product has no price at all), or if the product is no longer available.

6. RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to return the product ordered from the webshop in mint condition within 14 days of receipt of the product. For product returns, the customer is requested to contact by email (matias@bugger.fi) for return instructions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return. Bugger will refund the price of the returned product to the customer upon receipt of the product.

7. COMPLAINTS

The customer has the right to complain about a defect in the goods purchased from Bugger's online shop. Complaints will be dealt with in writing. An informal complaint is requested to be sent by e-mail (matias@bugger.fi).
