1. General Terms and Conditions
The website www.bugger.fi is a marketplace operated by the company Bugger (2547965-2), through which Bugger sells products to private and corporate customers in Finland and other countries. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Bugger and its customers. Bugger reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
Bugger's products can be ordered through the online shop’s shopping cart function or by placing a free-form order by e-mail or telephone. Purchases ordered through the online shop can be paid for by payment card, invoice, online banking or instalment. Klarna Bank Ab is the payment intermediary for orders.
3. Prices and delivery
Bugger's prices include Finnish VAT. An exception is made for used products marked 'SECOND-HAND', which are subject to marginal taxation and do not include deductible VAT. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs. Bugger reserves the right to correct and revise prices due to technical and human errors.
Bugger offers different delivery methods for orders. Small items can be sent by economy letter (2,95 € worldwide) if the value of the order does not exceed 35,00€, or by registered letter (21,95 € worldwide). Larger orders will be sent as a registered parcel (22,95 € to the EU; 39,95 € to the rest of the world). The delivery costs for the chosen delivery method will be charged at the time of ordering.
Products can also be picked up from Tampere, Finland free of charge. You can arrange a pick-up by contacting Bugger's customer service by e-mail (email@example.com) or by phone (045 783 41218). Bugger does not have its own brick-and-mortar shop or a visiting address and opening hours, but is based on mail order sales through an online shop.
The average delivery time for stock products is 5–20 business days depending on the delivery country and delivery method. For order-on-request products, longer delivery times should be expected, depending on the supplier. The customer will be informed by e-mail about the progress of the order. Bugger is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes. Bugger also reserves the right not to deliver the order in the event of a price error in the product information (e.g. the product has no price at all), or if the product or a substitute product is no longer available.
4. Returns and complaints
The buyer has the right to return the product ordered from the online shop in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of the product. Specific return instructions can be requested by e-mail from Bugger's customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return. Bugger will refund the price of the returned product to the customer upon receipt of the product.
The customer has the right to complain about a defect in goods purchased from Bugger's online shop. Complaints will be dealt with in writing. An informal complaint can be sent to Bugger's customer service by e-mail (email@example.com).
