WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ABOUT ME?
Bugger's customer register stores the customer's name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, language used in the transaction and order history with products, payment and delivery methods. For business customers, the business name and VAT number are also recorded.
This information is collected with the customer's consent when ordering or purchasing a product.

WHAT WILL MY CUSTOMER DATA BE USED FOR?
The information stored in Bugger's customer register will be used to manage the customer relationship, to deliver, process and archive the order, for the company's own statistical purposes and marketing purposes. The processing of customer data takes into account the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which came into force on 25.5.2018.


HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOMER DATA BE KEPT?
The data stored in Bugger's customer register will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the register is used. In addition, some data may be kept longer to the extent necessary to fulfil legal obligations, such as accounting and consumer responsibilities.

The information stored in Bugger's customer register is disclosed, where necessary, to the e-commerce payment intermediary (Klarna Ab) and to the freight and courier companies responsible for the transport of orders. This is a basic prerequisite for the operation of the online shop and the smooth processing of orders.
